I love this deck and the reflections and actions that come with it. I would suggest this to male friends! Some cards feel validating and others are challenging which is why it's a disruption deck. I truly have to pace myself with pulling cards from the deck and I'm truly grateful to have them!
I love the concept of the cards; the white cards foster accountability and transparency while the blue cards cause you to think and reflect. What an awesome way to renew your mind while engaging with the cards
The Disruption Deck is a set of coaching-style reflection cards created to help you disrupt toxic cycles, spark honest self-reflection, and grow in freedom. Each card carries a powerful prompt that can be used for journaling, prayer, or group discussion.
Who are these decks for?
The Women’s Deck is designed for women who want to embrace softness, strength, and identity.
The Men’s Deck is created specifically for men who carry silent battles and need a safe way to process and reflect.
Both decks can be used individually, with friends, or in community settings.
How do I use the deck?
There’s no one right way: • Pull one card in the morning and reflect throughout the day. • Use it during journaling, prayer, or therapy. • Bring it to a group, small circle, or men’s/women’s gathering for discussion. • Revisit the same question at different seasons — you’ll find new insight each time.

What sets the Disruption Deck apart from other reflection or card games?
Most card decks give you light conversation starters or surface-level prompts. The Disruption Deck is different — it’s coaching in a box.
Every question is rooted in psychology, faith, and real coaching experience. These aren’t “cute” prompts; they’re designed to disrupt patterns, confront hard truths, and open the door for transformation. • Coaching Style: The prompts mirror the kinds of questions you’d hear in a breakthrough coaching session. • Spirit-Led: Many prompts are intentionally crafted to leave space for God to speak as you reflect. • For Men & Women: Most reflective decks are made for women. I created one specifically for men too, because they carry battles that often go unspoken. • Depth Over Fluff: These cards push past surface-level reflection into heart, identity, and cycles. This isn’t just a game. It’s a tool for real growth.
Can couples use them?
These decks are not “couples cards.” They are designed for individual reflection or same-gender group settings. However, couples may find value in pulling a card together and sharing reflections.
